PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of preventing a lid from being damaged when a force is applied in a direction to further open the lid in a state where the lid is rested in an opening position.SOLUTION: A connector 1 comprises: a housing 20 that stores sockets 10 and 12 for a plug; a lid 30 that is attached to the housing 20, and can rotate in an opening direction A form a closed position where the sockets 10 and 12 are covered; and a plunger 50 that is provided in the lid 30. The plunger 50 includes a ball 52 that can contact to a side surface 27 of a lid attachment part 26A of the housing 20, and can slide a surface 25 of the lid attachment part 26A of the housing 20. The plunger 50 is constructed so that, when the lid 30 rotates to an opening position, the rotation of lid 30 is restricted by contacting the ball 52 to the lid attachment part 26A, and, when a force is applied to the lid 30 in the opening direction A in the state where the rotation of the lid 30 is restricted in the opening position, the ball 52 slides the surface of the lid attachment part 26A, and the rotation of lid 30 is permitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
