PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anomaly monitoring circuit that uses two reference signal sources and monitor a reference signal from each source with higher precision.SOLUTION: An anomaly monitoring circuit includes a reference voltage circuit 21 that generates a reference voltage Vref using a bandgap reference, a reference current circuit 35 that generates a reference current Iref using the bandgap reference, a voltage adjustment circuit 22 that adjusts the level of the reference voltage Vref, and a current adjustment circuit 36 that adjusts the level of the reference current Iref, and is configured to generate threshold voltages VTH, VTL for comparison corresponding to the reference current Iref using an I/V converter 51.
