PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactor capable of having reliable electrical contact between an object to be inspected and a terminal, an inspection jig, an inspection device and an inspection method.SOLUTION: A plurally integrated contactor 1 comprises plural contactors 10 and a conductive block 20. Each of the plural contactors 10 has a conductive leaf spring 11. The leaf spring 11 has a flat part 11a at a tip thereof. The block 20 holds the plural contactors 10 and is electrically connected to each of the plural leaf spring 11. The plural leaf spring 11 are arranged at intervals so that main faces thereof face each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
