PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated joint which suppresses an inclination of a joint main body with respect to a bending load while securing a gap between necessary components at the assembling of the joint, and can maintain gasket seal performance between piping and itself.SOLUTION: In an insulated joint in which a joint main body 2 and piping 7 are screwed and connected to a connecting end of the piping 7 with a box nut 3 arranged at a joint main body 2 via a gasket 6, an insulated ring 4 which is formed into a substantially L-shaped cross section, and expandable and contractive is engaged with a flange part 24 which is arranged at a joining end of the joint main body 2, a snap ring 5 which is formed into a substantially L-shaped cross section, and expandable and contractive is interposed between the insulated ring 4 and an internal peripheral step part face 31c of the box nut 3, and a radius of a bent circular arc part 43b of a bent part 43 of the insulated ring 4 at the snap rind 5 side and a radius of a bent circular arc part 53a of a bent part 53 of the snap ring 5 at the insulated ring 4 side are made to differ from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
