PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foam nozzle for a foam fire extinguishing facility in which a foaming performance is improved and sufficient foaming can be obtained even by a protein fire-extinguishing agent.SOLUTION: A foam nozzle for a foam fire extinguishing facility is provided with: an orifice part 2 for injecting a foam fire-extinguishing agent mixed liquid made by mixing a foam fire-extinguishing agent and water, introduced in a nozzle body 1; and an air intake 3, in a base part of the nozzle body 1. The foam nozzle for a foam fire extinguishing facility sucks air from the air intake 3 using negative pressure by the injection of the foam fire-extinguishing agent mixed liquid injected in the nozzle body 1 from the orifice part 2, and emits the fire-extinguishing foam internally foamed and generated by stirring and mixing the foam fire-extinguishing agent mixed liquid with air from the tip of the foam nozzle body 1. On the primary side of the orifice part 2, a swirl flow forming part 4 is provided for swirling the foam fire-extinguishing agent mixed liquid introduced in the nozzle body 1. A swirl flow generation space 5 where the swirled foam fire-extinguishing agent mixed liquid becomes a swirl flow by passing through the swirl flow forming part 4 is formed between the swirl flow forming part 4 and the orifice part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
