PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of a signal outputted from a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device includes a photoelectric conversion element PD, a differential pair, and an output circuit 105. A pixel transistor M3 and a differential transistor M5 configure the differential pair. A clamp circuit 300 that clamps a voltage at a gate of the differential transistor M5 is arranged. The output circuit 105 performs a first operation of outputting a voltage based on a voltage at a gate of the pixel transistor M3 to the gate of the differential transistor M5, and a second operation of receiving a current from the differential transistor M5 and outputting to an output node 310 a signal based on a result of comparison between the voltage at the gate of the pixel transistor M3 and the voltage at the gate of the differential transistor M5. The output circuit 105 includes a controller that controls a change amount of a voltage at a drain of the differential transistor in the second operation to be smaller than a change amount of the voltage at the output node 310.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
