PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interlock the details of an input read out from a voucher filled in various styles with a business system.SOLUTION: An accounting information reading system reads out a voucher ID from a predetermined position of image data, searches for a style meta file 18 corresponding to the voucher ID in a first style meta file storage part 15, and when the style meta file 18 is stored in the first style meta file storage part 15, reads out the style meta file. When the style meta file 18 is not stored, the accounting information reading system adds the voucher ID to a host name to create an URL, reads out the style meta file 18 corresponding to the voucher ID from a second style meta file storage part 4 included in the Internet server the position of which is specified from the URL via a communication part, and collates the meta file with position information based on the position of a specific item. The accounting information reading system converts the details included in the specific item into character data, displays the character data in a predetermined format to create interlocking data interlocking with the business system for processing the character data, and outputs the interlocking data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
