PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce users' burden of resolving errors of an electronic device that handles a print medium.SOLUTION: An information processing device (1) is configured to be communicable with at least one printer (30) for printing information on a print medium. The information processing device (1) includes; acquisition means 110 for acquiring, from the printer (30), error information which is information on an error of the printer (30), and setting information representing a setting of the printer (30); determination means 120 for determining a setting content for resolving the error based on the error information and the setting information acquired by the acquisition means 110; and transmission means 130 for sending, to the printer (30), update information for updating the setting of the printer (30) according to the setting content determined by the determination means 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
