PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell packaging material high in insulation properties and durability.SOLUTION: A cell packaging material comprises a laminate including at least a base material layer 1, a metal layer 3, a first insulating layer 51, a second insulating layer 52, and a heat-fusible resin layer 4 in this order, the first insulating layer 51 having a fusion temperature of 200°C or above, and the second insulating layer 52 having a fusion temperature lower than the fusion temperature of the first insulating layer 51. The first insulating layer 51 is formed of an acid-modified polyolefin and an epoxy resin, and the second insulating layer 52 is formed of polypropylene having a fusion temperature of 150°C or above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
