Provided are a touch control circuit, touch control panel and display device. The touch control circuit comprises: an input module (1), a reset module (2), a pull-up module (3), a pull-down module (4), a pull-down control module (5) and a touch control signal output module (6). The input module provides a signal from a first reference signal terminal to a first node, and the reset module provides a signal from a second reference signal terminal to the first node. The pull-up module provides a signal from a first clock signal terminal to a control signal output terminal. The pull-down module provides a signal from a third reference signal terminal to the control signal output terminal. The pull-down control module ensures that only one of the first node and a second node has a voltage level at a first voltage level at the same time point. The touch control signal output module outputs a high-frequency signal or a common voltage signal to a touch control signal output terminal under the control of the control signal output terminal. The touch control circuit, touch control panel and display device have simple structures and low power consumption.
