PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an escalator frame transport device capable of transporting frames with different kinds of width dimension.SOLUTION: A transport device of an escalator frame 1 to which an internal structure containing a guide rail for guiding travel of a foot step is attached. The transport device comprises a bogie 2. The bogie 2 comprises: a holding part 2a which abuts to a bottom part 11a of an end part of the frame 1 in a longitudinal direction to hold the same, suppresses displacement of the frame 1 in the longitudinal direction, and extends in a short direction of the frame 1; wheel parts 2b, 2c having wheels 21b, 21c disposed on the holding part 2a; press bodies 23b, 23c disposed in the vicinity of the end part of the holding part 2a in the longitudinal direction, and move forward and backward so as to press the end part of the frame 1 in a width direction; and a vertical suppression part formed of hook parts 24b, 24c which displace in synchronization with forward movement and backward movement of these press bodies 23b, 23c and suppress vertical displacement of the frame 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
