STORAGE DEVICE COMPRISING A BUFFER MEMORY BY USING A NONVOLATILE-RAM AND VOLATILE-RAM

PURPOSE: A storing device which uses a nonvolatile RAM and a volatile RAM is provided to store data in a nonvolatile RAM and a volatile RAM according to a writing pattern. CONSTITUTION: A buffer memory(122) stores data in a flash memory(123). The buffer memory includes a volatile RAM(Random Access Memory)(22) and a non-volatile RAM(21). A memory controller(121) determines the RAM in the requested data according to a writing pattern of data. If the requested data is stored in the non-volatile RAM, the memory controller transfers a host command processing signal to a host.
