PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing circular brush and a method thereof are provided to prevent filler from being popped out while being transferred from a supply device to a wire unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing circular brush (1) comprises a wire(3), two direction changing rollers(11), a direction changing device(5), a damping member(10), a folded part(12), a rotating gripper(13), and a bristle feeder. The rotating gripper is linearly moved in transverse direction in order to grip a folding region of the wires. The bristle feeder provides bristles to bent wire regions(14). In regions in which wires(6a,6b) are unfolded stops advancing of the wires. |
