PURPOSE: A method for making makkoli containing Allium hookeri is provided to ensure anticancer and atopy relief and to prevent skin aging. CONSTITUTION: A method for making makkoli containing Allium hookeri comprises: a step of washing and steaming grains(S101); a step of mixing the grains with nuruk to prepare a nuruk mixture(S103); a step of adding yeast, purified water, and Allium hookeri ingredients to the nuruk mixture and fermenting at 20-25 Deg. C. for 10-15 days(S105); and a step of filtering the fermentation(S107). The grains include rice, wheat, barley, or corn.
