PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lustering detergent which provides a satisfactory feel of finish without compounding a bubble-adjusting agent by using specified amounts of a silicone oil and an emulsifier as main ingredients, by dispersing the main ingredients in water under stirring and pressure to give a base material and by compounding the base material with a propellant in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: A silicone oil in an amount of 100 pts.wt. and 1-6 pts.wt. emulsifier are used as the main ingredients. The base material and a propellant are compounded in a wt. ratio of (70/30)-(90/10). Preferably, a dispersion apparatus of a homogenizer type is used; this type dispersion apparatus disperses a liquid by forcing a mixture through minute holes by a pressure of 10-800 kg/cm2 under an extremely high pressure, enabling homogeneous emulsification of about 1μm or lower. Preferably, the propellant is a mixture of a liquefied gas and dimethyl ether in a wt. ratio of (30/70)-(70/30).
