RESIN COMPOSITION AND RESIN SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition and a resin sheet which scarcely suffer stress cracking by a detergent without deteriorating the molding and processing characteristics and physical properties such as impact resistance. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains (A) 50-99 wt.% polyester resin having a degree of crystallization very close to 0 or up to 50% and 1-50 wt.% of at least one component selected from (B) a graft copolymer obtained by subjecting conjugated diene rubber particles to graft polymerization with a (meth)acrylic ester and an aromatic vinyl compound, (C) a graft copolymer obtained by subjecting acrylic rubber particles to graft polymerization with a (meth)acrylate and an aromatic vinyl compound, (D) a graft copolymer obtained by subjecting acrylic rubber particles to graft polymerization with a (meth)acrylate and a vinyl cyanide compound, and (E) a thermoplastic copolymer elastomer. The resin sheet is obtained by molding the above composition.
