PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce the vibration generated in a floor plate compared with a conventional value by firmly connecting an upper steel member to a lower steel member by a fixing piece in a floor structure for a clean room in which a floor support body is formed by arranging a lower H-section and an upper H-section in a lattice, and the floor plate is arranged to cover this floor support body. SOLUTION: In this floor structure of the clean room in which a lower flange part 13c of an upper H-section 13 and an upper flange part 11b of a lower H-shaped steel 11 are held and fixed to an intersection part of the upper H- shaped steel 13 with the lower H-shaped steel 11, and a floor plate is arranged to cover a floor support body, a cushioning member 23 with a rubber layer formed on both sides of a metal plate is arranged between the lower flange part 13c of the upper H-section 13 and the upper flange part 11b of the lower H-section 11.
