PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a reinforced concrete underground structure body in a short construction period and at a low construction cost. SOLUTION: The ground 1 is compacted by rolling to the lower face height of floor slab concrete, and a hole 12 slightly larger in dimensions than an underground beam is excavated at a sharp gradient from the ground surface. A bottomed box-shaped form 14 is hung down into the hole 12 and supported using a temporary support member 13 so as to form a cavity between the box- shaped form 14 and the bottom of the hole 12. Concrete 15 mixed leaner than concrete of a structure body is placed between the box-shaped form 14 and hole 12, and the box-shaped form 14 is pulled out upward before a large degree of adhesion is generated between the box-shaped form 14 and concrete 15. The inner surface of a thus formed concrete recessed part corresponds to the shape of the undergorund beam, and the underground beam is formed by arranging reinforcements and placing concrete.
