PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water through trouble and to convergently recover floating matter by connecting a pump part and a float part by a frame, and fixing at least double dustproof members to the frame between the pump part and a water area. SOLUTION: A float 1 is fixed by a frame member 2, and a submerged pump 5 is connected to the float 1 through the frame member 2. A first screen 3 and a second screen 4 with a larger aperture ratio than the aperture ratio of the first screen 3, are arranged between the submerged pump 5 and a water area and fixed to the frame member 2. Large flowing wood and the like in the water area is recovered by the first screen 3, and debris larger than the mesh of the second screen 4, out of debris in water passing the first screen 3 is captured by the screen 4. Water in the water area is further force-fed to a purifying facility after passing through a discharge pipe while containing matter smaller than the second screen 4. Water through trouble can thereby be prevented, and floating matter can be convergently recovered.
