LEAKAGE PREVENSION DEVICE FOR COKE-OVEN GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing leakage of coke-oven gas from an oven by making an inserted brick to follow its expansion or contraction when the furnace temperature of the coke oven is varied and an oven frame of an oven outlet is expanded or contracted. SOLUTION: This device is obtained by furnishing an elastic body having function of applying external force suppressing an inserted brick 1 downward wherein the device originally has the inserted brick 1 at an opening between an oven frame 2 of an even outlet of a coke oven and a oven body 3 of the coke oven and at the top of the oven frame 2 to prevent leakage of coke-oven gas by the inserted brick 1.
