PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene copolymer composition flexible and excellent in strengths, moldability and heat resistance. SOLUTION: There is provided a composition comprising a polyethylene having a density of 900-930 kg/m3 and a melt flow rate at a load of 2,160 g of 0.1-15 g/10 min and an ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer containing 5-49 wt.% of an unsaturated ester, which composition has an unsaturated ester content in the range of 10-20 wt.% and a melt flow rate at a load of 2,160 g in the range of 0.1-15 g/10 min and the copolymer is compounded in an amount of 75-20 pts.wt. relative to 25-80 pts.wt. of the polyethylene (provided that when the ethylene-unsaturated ester copolymer is solely composed of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a polyethylene employed is one having a Vicat softening point of lower than 95 deg.C, the copolymer is compounded in an amount of 45-20 pts.wt. relative to 55-80 pts.wt. of the polyethylene.
