PURPOSE: A minimally invasive surgical instrument with a curved shaft is provided to prevent the interference of a handle and the impact of an end effector. CONSTITUTION: A handle(110) controls an end effector(100) according to the operation of a user. The end effector is disposed on one end of a shaft(130). The handle is disposed on other end of the end effector. The end effector is arranged to be operated in a roll direction. The shaft includes a first curved section(131) and a second curved section(132). The first curved section is close to the end effector. The second curved section is close to the handle.
