<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve driving accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A device for driving an electromechanical conversion element includes: a drive circuit section for controlling a current for supplying a driving voltage to the electromechanical conversion element according to a control signal; a detection section for detecting the driving voltage to the electromechanical conversion element; and a control section for executing a driving process of outputting to the drive circuit section a drive control signal for controlling the supply of diving voltage, and a correction process of outputting to the drive circuit section a corrective control signal for correcting the driving voltage to a desired voltage in accordance with a detected voltage resulting from the detection of the driving voltage.
