PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hours and the cost for assembly by assembling all the control members necessary for adjusting the front/rear position and height of a seat body in one member as a unit. SOLUTION: The control lever device 36 comprises an attaching member 39; a control lever 37 pivotally attached to the attaching member 39; a cylindrical guide part 45 integrally mounted in the attaching member 39; an operation shaft 38 mounted in the guide part 45 in such a way as slidable in the longitudinal direction; and an energizing means 50 for energizing the operation shaft 38 toward a non-operation position. One end of the operation shaft 38 is linked to a front/rear position adjusting member 31 and the other end is linked to the control lever 37 so that the operation shaft 38 can be moved to the non-operation position or to an operation position by turning operation of the lever.
