PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accommodate, fix, and carry out a wheelchair by a structural change on simple machining even in a commercially available lightweight wagon vehicle. SOLUTION: An eyebolt 6 through which a fixing wire 14 is passed and a sheave 5 through which a traction wire 4 with a traction hook 10 at the distal end thereof is passed are fixed on a floor surface F such that they are located in a positional relation perpendicular to the vehicle in stead of a rear seat, an electric winch 9 winding or extending the traction wire 4 is arranged in the rear portion of a wheel body, a slope board 2 used when accommodating and carrying out the wheel chair and capable of being accommodated in the vehicle is provided, the traction wire 4 is wound or extended in the front center portion of a frame when accommodating or carrying out the wheelchair, a fixing hook 13 is hung on right and left end portions behind the frame of the wheelchair respectively when fixing the wheelchair in the vehicle, so that the wheelchair can be held at three points by the tension forces of the fixing wire 14 and the traction wire 4 in the wagon vehicle.
