<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimming control method capable of providing a smooth dimming curve, and having a high dimming ratio; a dimming control device; and a lighting system. <P>SOLUTION: This dimming control method is used for PWM-controlling a time ratio of a drive current supplied to a light emitting means in response to a dimming signal input from the outside.
