The present invention relates to a method preparing co-colloidal dispersions of active hydrophobic substances, such as pharmaceutical products, products having cosmetic activity or any other chemical product. The co-colloidal dispersions thus obtained are characterized in that they are formed by amphiphilic complexes resulting from combinations by non-covalent bonds between a hydrophobic active substance and a suitable hydrophilic molecule.
