METHOD AND APPARATUS TO CONTROL UE CELL RESELECTION PRIORITY WHILE UE IS IN CSG CELL

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for efficiently controlling a cell reselection priority in a CSG(Closed Subscribed Group) cell are provided to efficiently control a cell reselection priority in a CSG cell and to setup frequency for cell reselection of the CSG cell. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver(500) transmits and receives a signal or data from a base station. A controller(520) receives priority information by frequency for cell reselection. The controller performs a cell reselection process according to the received priority information. The controller determines cell reselection to a CSG cell. The controller sets up a frequency as the highest priority for cell reselection to the CSG cell.
