PURPOSE: A pepper selection method is provided to promote work efficiency and productivity by controlling work speed according to the work ability of workers. CONSTITUTION: Peppers are inserted into A hopper(400) for an input unit. The inputted peppers are transferred from a first step conveyor belt to a second step conveyor belt. The peppers located on the second step conveyor belt are transferred to a third-step conveyor belt. Faulty peppers are dropped down to holes of a mesh(450) using the wind of an air blower(500). Peppers selected from the third step conveyor belt are involved in a box.
