PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation therapy cooperation system for inquiring the information of each radiation therapy apparatus and presenting the radiation therapy apparatus which can be utilized for the therapy by inputting the lesion information of a patient. SOLUTION: The radiation therapy cooperation system, wherein a plurality of hospitals 101-103 provided with the radiation therapy apparatuses 113 for treating a lesion with radiation are respectively connected by a network 105, comprises: a first database 106 storing apparatus information 116 which is the type of the radiation that can be irradiated by each radiation therapy apparatus, the maximum irradiation field that can be irradiated and an SOBP width that can be irradiated respectively; and a therapy scheduling apparatus 111 with an input means for inputting the lesion information which is the kind and size of the lesion, for judging whether or not the kind of the lesion in the lesion information inputted by the input means is a bone soft part lesion kind, selecting the utilizable radiation therapy apparatus in the first database 106 from the size of the lesion, and preparing therapy schedule information.
