PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot lid for pressure regulation, which is capable of easily regulating the pressure to a plurality of levels by changing the installation position of a knob of the pot lid, having a simple structure, and being inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: This pot lid has: the knob having a magnet; a pot lid body having magnetism attracting the magnet; a disposition recess part 20 formed at the center of the pot lid body and positioning the knob at a central position 3a, a first displacement position 3b displaced from the central position in a first direction, a second displacement position 3c displaced from the central position in a second direction, and a third displacement position displaced from the central position in the third direction; a first pressure release hole 22 being closed by the knob when the knob is at the first displacement position, and a second pressure release hole 23 being closed by the knob when the knob is at the second displacement position. When the knob is at the central position, both of the first pressure release hole and the second pressure release hole are closed, and when the knob is at the third displacement position, both holes are opened.
