摘要 <p>The procedure for the production of polymer based solar cell, comprises allocating a lattice like structured free surface area in the form of openings having first electrode (12), filling the free surface area of the structured first electrode with deformable or masking lacquer (22) in such a way that the first electrode and the filling form a solid plane surface, forming a solid active layer structure on the plane surface and forming a second electrode (32) on the active layer structure. A layer of the lacquer is formed on a transparent or non-transparent carrier or flexible carrier (10). The procedure for the production of polymer based solar cell, comprises allocating a lattice like structured free surface area in the form of openings having first electrode (12), filling the free surface area of the structured first electrode with deformable or masking lacquer (22) in such a way that the first electrode and the filling form a solid plane surface, forming a solid active layer structure on the plane surface and forming a second electrode (32) on the active layer structure. A layer of the lacquer is formed on a transparent or non-transparent carrier or flexible carrier (10) and the structured first electrode is formed on the single-layered lacquer, which is formed with the structure of first electrode corresponding to a structure of slots, which are filled with the structured first electrode. The structured first electrode or structured slot is pressed in the lacquer forming the filling through a roller (24) or a stamp in a roller-to-roller process. The lacquer is cured in the intermediate area of the structured electrode after pressing. The first electrode is vapor-deposited, sputtered, imprinted, stamped or laminated on the lacquer with the structured slots. The structuring of the first electrode is carried out through a mask process or etching process. The subjecting of the first electrode on the lacquer and equalizing the first electrode and the lacquer are repeatedly carried out. A replicated lacquer, photo lacquer, radiation curable lacquer or transparent or non-transparent lacquer is used as deformable or masking lacquer. A light converting material or material mixture is used as the lacquer, converts incident light into another wavelength ranges and is formed only in certain areas. The lacquer is impinged, sputtered or stretched on the carrier or subjected extensively or partially on the carrier. The non-cured lacquer covering the first electrode is removed subsequently by the first electrode and a glazing surface of the active-layer structure is formed on the lacquer adjacent through the first electrode and then cured on the first electrode. The lacquer is impinged, sputtered or stretched on the carrier or subjected extensively or partially on the carrier. The lacquer is subjected on the carrier through screen printing, intaglio printing, and nozzle coating or painting. The structuring electrode consists of different metal or metal alloys. A single or multilayered carrier is used as a carrier, whose layer consists of same or different materials.</p>
