The assistance has two guiding lugs (3, 5), and a connecting rope (6) holding a downward falling lug holder (2) at a hip of a dog handler situated at a side of a dog by an eye. The holder is attached at a waistbelt (1). The rope diagonally runs on a back of the handler from an upper side piece over buttocks up to dog and rests against a body opposite to the hip. The rope is directly held or runs far through the lug (5), and fixedly kept by the lug (5) or received and handled by a hand opposite to the dog.
