PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger rail unit to be set on a wall capable of mounting various functional components in simple procedures and securely holding them without displacing them or letting them fall off even when an upward impact, heavy load or the like is applied. SOLUTION: A wall hanger rail unit 1 includes a long hanger rail 2, a supporting bracket 3 fitted to the back of the hanger rail 2 and to a wall 9 to form a space between the hanger rail 2 and the wall 9, and various functional components (a shelf 4 and a top plate 5) to be attached to the hanger rail 2. Engagement grooves 22 and 22 having supporting pieces 24 and 25 for holding functional components 4 and 5 are longitudinally formed on the back of the hanger rail 2, each of which is equipped with an elastic rail 10 inside having locking pieces 12 for locking engagement pieces 41 and 51 of the functional components 4 and 5.
