<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication terminal device capable of performing stable communication, reducing power consumption, and further, reducing interference to neighboring networks. <P>SOLUTION: A waiting time calculation part 151 calculates a proportion of a time where no hidden terminals transmit data packets to a base station device, on the basis of at least two of a proportion of a time where data packets are transmitted only from any one of exposed terminals to the base station device, a proportion of a time where data packets are transmitted from at least two exposed terminals to the base station device, and a proportion of a time where no exposed terminals transmit data packets to the base station device. A PER calculation part 152 calculates a predicted value of a PER from the proportion of the waiting time of the hidden terminals calculated by the waiting time calculation part 151. A retransmission frequency decision part 16 calculates a threshold of a retransmission frequency based on the predicted value of the PER.
