A solar cell is provided to enhance efficiency per unit area about a light by forming a solar cell panel into a cubic curved surface or a cubic polyhedron. A solar cell comprises a solar cell panel(100) and a substrate(210). The solar cell panel is formed into an n-p junction structure by using an n-type semiconductor(110) and a p-type semiconductor(120). The n-type semiconductor is manufactured by adding phosphorus, arsenic, and antimony to silicon or by increasing composition rate of V group element in III-V group compound semiconductor. The n-type semiconductor moves an electron by absorbing solar energy. The p-type semiconductor is manufactured by infiltrating boron and potassium etc or by increasing composition rate of III group element in III-V group compound semiconductor. The p-type semiconductor receives an electron from the n-type semiconductor. A cavity(130) is formed in the solar cell panel. |
