PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a color filter organic pigment composition that contains an organic pigment dispersant having low viscosity and is capable of keeping high brightness even after going through a heat history at high temperature while producing a color filter and providing only a small change in hue of an image before and after going through the heat history; a manufacturing method therefor; and a color filter containing such a pigment composition in pixel portions thereof.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a color filter organic pigment composition that contains 0.1-15 pts.mass of a polyamide-imide resin (B) per 100 pts.mass of an organic pigment (A). A color filter containing such a color filter organic pigment composition in pixel portions thereof is also disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
