PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile communication device to easily learn a situation in which a mobile body should take an evacuation action.SOLUTION: A mobile communication device mounted on a mobile body comprises: a reception unit capable of receiving a radio signal including evacuation recommendation information to prompt the mobile body to take an evacuation action transmitted by another mobile communication device mounted on another mobile body other than the mobile body; and a notification control unit for outputting a notification command to notify occupants of the mobile body to prompt them to take a prescribed evacuation action about the mobile body when the reception unit receives a radio signal including the evacuation recommendation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
