摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently conduct surface irradiation with a laser beam according to the characteristics of a detection area and prevent wrong detection of a measurement target substance.SOLUTION: The substance detection sensor includes: an acquisition unit acquiring information on a predetermined detection region; a first light source unit irradiating the predetermined detection region with a measuring beam with a predetermined first wavelength by surface irradiation using optical scanning; a control unit variably controlling an irradiation angle of the measuring beam directed from at least the first optical source unit to the irradiation position in the detection region; and a substance detecting unit detecting a specific substance in the detection region based on reflecting light of the measuring beam from the first optical light source, the controlling unit relying on information on the predetermined detection region acquired from the acquisition unit to change the irradiation angle of the measuring beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
