PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device, selection method, and selection program that improve advertisement effects.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 includes a reception unit 152 and a selection unit 153. The reception unit 152 receives advertisements. The selection unit 153 selects an advertisement of a display object from among the advertisements received by the reception unit 152; and if the display object advertisement displayed on the terminal device 10 is specified by a user, differentiates processing after the display object advertisement is specified, according to whether or not an application corresponding to the display object advertisement has been installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
