PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilot valve device capable of improving operation feeling and suppressing generation of backlash and the like in returning a pusher to a neutral position.SOLUTION: A spring chamber 15 provided with a return spring 25 for constantly biasing a pusher 26 toward a neutral position, and a damping chamber 16 communicated with the spring chamber 25 by an oil passage 29 formed on the pusher 26, are disposed in a casing 2 of a pilot valve device. The oil passage 29 is provided with a check valve 30 for allowing an oil liquid to flow from the spring chamber 15 toward the damping chamber 16 when the pusher 26 is pressed and operated from the neutral position toward an operating position, and suppressing flow of the oil liquid from the damping chamber 16 toward the spring chamber 15 when the pusher 26 is returned from the operating position toward the neutral position, and a throttle 33 for limiting a flow rate of the oil liquid flowing between the spring chamber 15 and the damping chamber 16. |
