PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a pixel of a liquid crystal panel and an optical lens interfere and moire tends to be generated when the optical lens to be a unit forming the surface is regularly arranged, and to solve the problem that the decline of abrasion resistance and luminance are caused depending on the surface shape of the optical lens to be the unit, regarding an optical lens sheet for illumination light path control from a light source of a display of a liquid crystal display device or the like.

SOLUTION: On the surface of the optical lens to be the unit, fine recessed and projection parts in a dimension finer than the unit dimension are provided so as to cover the surface along the surface at three or more parts.
