ANTIBODY TO SPECIFIC PRIMATES CD19 AND A HYBRIDOMA PRODUCING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a hybridoma producing an anti-primate CD19 antibody which recognizes a primate CD19 antigen; to an anti-primate CD19 antibody produced by the hybridoma; and to a detection method of a primate CD19 expressing cell using the anti-primate CD19 antibody. According to the present invention, the anti-primate CD19 antibody has high affinity for a primate CD19 antigen, and thus can be applied to detect a primate CD19 expressing cell. Furthermore, the anti-primate CD19 antibody can be applied to analyze subtypes of a B cell, and thus can be practically used to research a B cell-derived autoimmune disease, isotransplantation, and xenotransplantation. A hybridoma (KCLRF-BP-00337) produces an anti-Rhesus monkey CD19 antibody which recognizes a Rhesus monkey CD19 antigen. A detection method of a Rhesus monkey CD19 expressing cell comprises a step of inducing contact between a Rhesus monkey CD19 antigen and a clinical specimen to perform an antigen-antibody reaction.
