The application provides a camera module (3) for a vehicle (1). The camera module (3) includes a front left camera unit (10) and a front right camera (11), which are provided for positioning respectively at a front left corner (21) and a front right corner (22) of the vehicle (1) and are provided for directing outwardly, with respect to the vehicle (1), to capture a plurality of images. Each image comprises an image of a front overlapping area that is located in front of the vehicle (1). The camera module (3) also includes a rear left camera unit (13) and a rear right camera unit (12), which are provided for positioning respectively at a rear left corner (24) and a rear right corner (23) of the vehicle (1) and are provided for directing outwardly, with respect to the vehicle (1), to capture a plurality of images. Each image comprises an image of a rear overlapping area that is located in the rear of the vehicle (1). |
