PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb thermal stress generated by decay heat.SOLUTION: A supporting/fixing device for a cask basket includes: a bundle body 40 in which a plurality of square pipes 41 are disposed with their side faces facing each other; a plurality of outer periphery restraining members 51-53 that are externally fitted around the outer periphery of the bundle body 40 along the whole circumference and disposed at prescribed intervals apart in the bundle body axis direction O; and a plurality of coupling rails 60 that are disposed around the outer periphery of the outer periphery restraining members 51-53 along the bundle body axis direction O and couple all the outer periphery restraining members 51-53 with each other via coupling mechanisms 80. All the outer periphery restraining members 51-53 or all parts excluding one bottom plate 53 are configured to slide in the bundle body axis direction O within a tolerance range of thermal expansion length of the bundle body 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
