PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container treatment device with which a minute foreign matter can be eliminated from an inner face of a bottle or a preform in a comparatively short time and efficiently.SOLUTION: A container treatment device includes: a transportation means 8 that transports a resin-made preform 1 in a direction that is perpendicular to an axis thereof; and an air rinse mechanism 9 that injects air for dust removal to an inner face of the preform 1 transported by a transportation means 8, wherein the air rinse mechanism 9 is configured so that dust removing air is injected from a position decentering in a radial direction from the center of an opening of the preform 1 toward a bottom face of the preform 1. |
