The holder (1) consists of several arms (3) fixed in a star-like formation on a hub (2) and at the end of one of each arm is securable a ball link head (4). The ball link head has a ball shell welded to the arm end. The axes (16) of the arms are inclined to the central axis (10) of the holder at an angle (alpha) in the range of (50) to (85 deg ). The ball link head (4) comprises a ball shell welded to the arm (3), a ball pin with its ball head inserted in the ball shell, a clamp ring in engagement with the surface of the ball head and a tension ring (8) screwed into the ball shell. The clamp ring in the area of its engagement surface is slotted. The pin part of the ball pin is provided with a thread for the connection of a pre-fitted fixture bolt (9) in the plate.
