PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent heat insulation by providing a heat insulation layer on the indoor side of a moisture permeable waterproof sheet, in addition, providing a stud on the outside of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet, providing an external facing plate on the outdoor side of the stud, and forming a ventilation layer between the moisture permeable waterproof sheet and the external facing plate. SOLUTION: An inner wall face material 3 is provided through a heat insulation layer 2 on the indoor side of a moisture permeable waterproof sheet 1 comprising an olefin-based resin base material, and an external facing plate 5 is formed through a stud 4 on the outdoor side of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 1. A ventilation layer 6 communicating with an upper and lower stories is formed by a space surrounded by the stud 4, the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 1 and the external facing plate 5 between the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 1 and the external facing plate 5. Furthermore, a lip channel steel-made beam 8 is provided through a refractory coating material 71 and a heat insulation material layer 21 on the indoor side of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 1, and the refractory coating material 71 is formed of a shape holding material 712 comprising a thermal expansion refractory coating material sheet 711 and a galvanized sheet iron. Thus, dewing is prevented from occurring and the improvement of durability can be contrived.
