PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the situation of reducing sealing performance by the degradation by remarkably quickly and reliably draining water more the usual when a large quantity of air flows in at a breath since resistance reduces at air inflow time when performing draining operation since a ventilating through hole is always opened. SOLUTION: This automatic intake valve is provided with a primary valve 5 for sealing the joining part by energizing a valve element 8 upward via a spring 10 to a valve seat 3 arranged on an under surface of a valve casing 1. Then, an air chamber 15 is formed by fitting/installing a valve cover 13 to/on an upper surface of the valve casing 1, a secondary valve seat 17 is formed on an under surface of a ventilating through hole 16 arranged in the center of the valve cover 13, a secondary valve 18 formed of materials having a specific gravity smaller than water is separated from the secondary valve seat 17 to be placed on an upper end surface of the primary valve 5, and the secondary valve 18 is seated on the secondary valve seat 17 by buoyancy not by an auxiliary spring to seal the part. In the secondary valve 18, a ventilating cutout 20 is arranged on the outer periphery of a valve element 19 having an outside diameter corresponding to an inside diameter of the valve cover 13, and a projection 21 seated on the secondary valve seat 17 is arranged in the upper surface center.
