PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distinctly easily distinguish a color of a using ink from that of a non-stamped portion by providing an effect of simply giving stamping to a surface of a seal material by a heater and incorporating no heating black material in an ink oozed portion when used. SOLUTION: A stamp transfer film 2 having a stamp surface 4 formed by stamping a character, a graphic form or the like by a heater 3 is installed on a surface of a seal material 1 so as to bring the surface 4 into close contact with the film 2. A means 6 for emitting a heat ray is provided on a surface of the material 1. A heat fusion bonding surface is formed on the surface of the seal material by the heater 3.
